UK CUSTOMERS (MAINLAND)

Free Delivery* on orders over £85+VAT!

*exclusions apply (but not many).

Delivery is free of charge for orders placed online to most mainland UK destinations when you spend £85+VAT or more on qualifying products. Almost everything is included such as most Breathing Color media, EasyWrappe and Stretcher Bars but items like trial rolls and trial kits aren’t unfortunately. You can check the shipping total during check out to be sure.

For orders less than £85+VAT or for non qualifying products delivery is charged at £7.95+VAT.

We use a professional next working day courier service for mainland UK deliveries and although the service isn’t guaranteed (not many are) we monitor our couriers performance to make sure they’re up to scratch and meeting our obligations to our customers. 

'MAINLAND' EXCLUSIONS

We don’t like exclusions but unfortunately some highland post code areas cost more to deliver to so we can’t extend the same offers to those areas. But if you do happen to live in one of the post code areas listed below we’ll subsidise your delivery by the same amount to help keep shipping as low as possible. Spend over £85+VAT and the subsidies will kick in. 

Please check the list below for excluded postcodes. When you register you’ll be asked to select your delivery zone and this will allow you to check delivery costs for your order before paying. If your postcode features in the list below please register as 'Highland'

HIGHLAND

ISLANDS AND ISLES

The following customers are asked to register as 'offshore'. To obtain the best shipping rate we ask that our offshore customers proceed with their order online and submit their order for payment offline. We will then seek the best shipping option based on your specific order locaiton and contact you with a no obligation quote.

NORTHERN IRELAND & ISLE OF WIGHT

Although we can’t offer free delivery we do subsidise the shipping rate by the same amount that we do for mainland UK customers and hopefully that means we’re able to ship at a price that’s not too frightening. Subsidies will be applied when you spend over £85+VAT on qualifying products.

Actual shipping costs to these zones may be weight based so for an accurate quote simply register, select your zone and add items to your basket. The cart will calculate shipping for you.

EU CUSTOMERS

We regularly ship to many European countries and subsidise delivery to keep the costs down. Orders may leave the same day or the following working day that the order is placed, depending on the destination and the courier. We typically use the ‘DPD by road’ service for mainland Europe and deliveries to most of mainland Europe is possible within 2-5 days. Feel free to get in touch for more info about shipping times.

We will provide tracking information after your order is collected allowing you to keep an eye on progress online.

NON EU CUSTOMERS
